Guided Meditations
For centuries, people have meditated to connect with God and themselves. Meditation provides a unique, quiet environment where we focus our attention on one thing: a thought, verse, word, or phrase.

From a Christian spirituality perspective, meditation opens us to God's presence in and around us. It invites us to pay attention to the ways God is showing up in our lives and the ways God is speaking to us through Scripture, our bodies, our circumstances, and more.

Meditation can be as simple as focusing on our inhale and exhale, bringing our full attention to a creative project, or immersing ourselves in our surroundings on a walk.
